Quick Guide: OSRS Graceful Outfit

The run energy of players reduces at a rate determined by their weight, therefore, having lighter equipment is ideal for skilling and quests that require extensive running. Sometimes, a player’s chances of completing an Agility obstacle improve if they weigh less. That is where weight-reducing gear comes into play.

What is the Graceful outfit?

The Graceful outfit is a gear that reduces player weight obtainable from Grace in the Rogues’ Den under The Toad and Chicken in Burthorpe. After completing all of the Rooftop Agility Courses, players will unlock the option to purchase the set with the Marks of Grace. In addition to the 20% increase in natural run energy restoration gained from using individual pieces of the Graceful outfit, sporting the entire set grants an additional 10% increase, for a total of 30%.

Although the Graceful Boots, Graceful Cape, and Graceful Gloves reduce weight, their alternate versions, the Boots of Lightness, Spottier Cape, and Penance Gloves reduce weight even more, however, they do not offer the run energy restoration bonus. The player may keep any piece from any color variant of the set in a magic wardrobe in their Costume room.

One of the most well-known rooftop courses for early Grace Marks is the Canifis Rooftop Course. As there are fewer gaps between obstacles on this course than on any other in Gielinor, it is commonly considered the quickest course for scoring loads of Grace Marks. This strategy is effective up to level 60 because the chances of getting marks on courses that are 20 levels below a player’s Agility level are reduced to 20%.

The Seers’ Village Rooftop Course is another popular option for getting Marks of Grace. Earning Marks of Grace there is similar to doing so in Canifis, however, experience rates are significantly higher in the Kandarin Diary at the Seers’ Village Rooftop Course. Falador’s Rooftop and the Wilderness Agility Course both offer significantly more experience than Canifis Rooftop Course, but Marks of Grace are obtained less frequently on one and never on the other. This strategy is more effective in the long run if you are aiming for Agility or mark-related goals.

As mentioned previously, the only way to purchase the Graceful outfit is with Marks of Grace currency, which can be earned by completing laps on the Rooftop Agility Courses. Players require 260 marks to obtain the set. This amount can be acquired by Agility level 53 if players only do the rooftop courses. Interestingly, should players want to sell the set back to Grace, they will receive 208 marks. Only uncolored Graceful pieces can be sold.

Is it worth owning the Graceful outfit?

The price of a complete set of Grace is 260 Grace Marks. Spending the same amount on Amylase packs instead will net the player 2,600 Amylase Crystals, currently valued at 2,823,600 gold. Because of the gold that will not have to be spent on stamina potions and its use when leveling Agility as well as completing quests that require a lot of running, the Graceful outfit is considered a worthwhile investment by many. However, those looking to transfer to F2P worlds might want to rethink their choices as the weight reduction bonus from the set does not work in free-to-play worlds.

How to recolor the Graceful outfit?

Once players achieve 100% favor in any city in Great Kourend, they will be able to color their set to that color. Players can also unlock a unique color if they gain 100% favor in all cities in Great Kourend. Talk to Osten in Shayzien to change the color of your Graceful outfit to one of six possible options once you attain 100% favor in a city. Three additional recoloring options exist and we will wrap up with those.

Recoloring an entire outfit will set you back 90 Grace Marks, or 15 Grace Marks per item. The estimated cost could be 977,400 coins for the full set, or 162,900 coins per item. If a player changes their mind about the colors, they can talk to Osten and have them reset to their original appearance; however, they will lose any Marks of Grace they spent and will have to pay the same amount again to do the recolor.

If you want to recolor your Graceful outfit in a blue scheme that matches your Agility cape, you can do so for 250 Agility Arena Tickets from Pirate Jackie the Fruit in Brimhaven. After this, each Graceful outfit piece will cost 45 tickets. Players can also recolor the Graceful outfit to black by applying black dye to it at the Hallowed Sepulchre, for a grand total of 1800 Hallowed Marks for the entire set.

After completing the Trailblazer League, players will receive the Trailblazer Graceful Ornament Kit, which will allow them to change the color scheme of an entire Graceful set. The kit can be purchased for 6000 League Points from the Leagues Reward Shop or for 948,390 gold at the Grand Exchange for buying 6 Trailblazer Graceful Ornament Kits.
